The property is in a great location with easy access to several Metro stations and makes it a great base to explore the sites across Tokyo. The buffet breakfast while repetitive, was excellent. The hotel is very clean and l would stay here again.

Location. Comfortable rooms, good size. Close to transportation. Great rooftop bar. Excellent views from the lift. Many food options around.

The staff were incredible from the doorman to the cleaning people, all very friendly and polite. They have express elevators for the upper rooms. The beds are very comfortable, great pillows. Great view of the city from up high. The buffet breakfast was included and definitely worthy the extra cost. Many items to choose from each morning.

I was visiting Japan for the Maroon 5 concert which was at Tokyo Dome. I don’t live in Japan so I had my tickets delivered to the hotel. The employees were so helpful. They confirmed even before I arrived that they had received the tickets and would be holding them for me. The day we finally got there, we had our luggage shipped to the hotel. After check in, the employees had our luggage and tickets delivered to our room. What a stress free and VIP experience! Of course the location was perfect because we were able to get our Maroon 5 merchandise early, we didn’t have to worry about trying to get transportation to and from the concert. It’s always the best decision to stay at this hotel especially if there’s an event at Tokyo Dome.

I had a very pleasant stay at the Tokyo Dome Hotel. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well maintained, offering everything you need for a relaxing stay. The staff is extremely attentive and always ready to help, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Breakfast is very well organized with a wide variety of options — you can choose from a classic continental breakfast or enjoy a full Giapanist breakfast. I was really satisfied with my stay and would definitely return. Highly recommended.

The location was great for my family, as there is easy access to subway and it's surrounded by an amusement park. City view from the room was also awesome. Room was clean, we had comfortable beds, and enough place on the floor for our suitcases. The bathroom was pretty spacious as well. Also, the surrounding area has a bunch of different restaurant options. Even if you're with picky eaters you'll find something.

Great location (in the middle of a small amusement park and right next to a baseball stadium) Very close to metro/train station (Suidobashi). A couple of 24-hr restaurants nearby, plus some good bars and pastry shops. Awesome views

Some of the things we liked was the large size room, cleanliness, the view from the wall to wall window, convenient location with easy access to shops, restaurants, transportations and the breakfast buffet on site. The Check in and checkout were easy with the kiosk option in multiple language option.
